Only Lois Griffin and to a lesser extent Marge Simpson and Maude Flanders get close.
But Francine and Lois are neck and neck for sexiest woman on TV - and as they're both cartoon women, that doesn't say much for the real women....
(Although Wendy Schall who does Francine's voice IS as feminine as her character)
